All rates are per night and based on 2 person occupancy. Breakfast is included. There will be an added $20 per additional person, per night, if more than 2.

For our guests that prefer a discreet stay, the Inn can be closed for complete privacy during your visit. Please call for special rates and availability. VT room tax is not included in listed price. All rooms are located on the second floor.
	The Andover is a sunny blue room that includes a king bed and antique furnishings. It has a seating area with settee, chair and secretary desk with a 26" TV inside. Full private bath. Lovely Weston river and mountain views. Regular Rate $155 Holiday/Fall $175
	The Dorset room features views of the rock wall garden and Weston Valley. Get comfy in the red toile linen queen-sized bed with antique headboard. There is an antique rocking chair, dresser, armoire and private bath. Regular Rate $135 Holiday/Fall $155
	The Belmont room features sweet antique linens in antique white and pink accents. There is a double cannonball bed and antique vanity. Gorgeous backyard views of the barn and Trust land. Cute green gingham full private bath. Regular Rate $115 Holiday/Fall $130
	The Chester Room is the newest addition. It is a bright room on the back side of the house. It has two twin beds(can be pushed together to make a short king) and a large private full bath. Decorated in pastel colors and patchwork quilts. Regular $115 Holiday/Fall $130
	Suite Weston is a work in progress and will include a fireplace, seating area with pull out couch and TV. It has a private bath with an antique vanity and vessel sink complete with verde green VT marble and heated slate floor. Available in Oct/Fall 2012. Regular $175 Holiday/Fall $195
